The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher C10orf62 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C10orf62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THCA, PRAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where C10orf62 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
