BZW1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BZW1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BZW1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPN3P1, GAMTP2, and NMNAT1P1. Each is linked with BZW1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BZW1-to-partner and partner-to-BZW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPN3P1 grouped by BZW1-low versus BZW1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BZW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BZW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
