Across TCGA cell cohorts, BZW1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,224 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BZW1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, Positive regulation of cell cycle, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with BZW1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BZW1-to-partner and partner-to-BZW1 results are reported.
