BYSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BYSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,296 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BYSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPO5, POLR1C, and NCL. Each is linked with BYSL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BYSL-to-partner and partner-to-BYSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BYSL versus XPO5 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BYSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→BYSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
