BUD13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUD13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,562 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, CDCA5, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with BUD13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUD13-to-partner and partner-to-BUD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BUD13 versus KIF11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
