BUD13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUD13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL62P, PIGW, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with BUD13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUD13-to-partner and partner-to-BUD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL62P grouped by BUD13-low versus BUD13-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
