BUB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67_S357, MCM3, and MCM6. Each is linked with BUB3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUB3-to-partner and partner-to-BUB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 versus MKI67_S357 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
