BUB3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,847 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, CEP95, and TADA2A. Each is linked with BUB3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUB3-to-partner and partner-to-BUB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 versus NUP85 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
