BTRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA21, UNCX, and UTF1. Each is linked with BTRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTRC-to-partner and partner-to-BTRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA21 grouped by BTRC-low versus BTRC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
