BTNL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTNL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 938 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNF8, RNF25, and POP5. Each is linked with BTNL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTNL3-to-partner and partner-to-BTNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNF8 grouped by BTNL3-low versus BTNL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
