Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTNL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,101 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTNL10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Viral gene expression, and Regulation of amyloid precursor protein catabolic process. Each is linked with BTNL10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTNL10-to-partner and partner-to-BTNL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
