Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTN3A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,464 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTN3A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with BTN3A3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN3A3-to-partner and partner-to-BTN3A3 results are reported.
