Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, 4E-BP1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with BTN3A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN3A2-to-partner and partner-to-BTN3A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
