The most reproducible BTN3A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with BTN3A2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN3A2-to-partner and partner-to-BTN3A2 results are reported.
