Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN3A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB9, IL2RB, and SLA2. Each is linked with BTN3A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN3A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN3A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN3A1 versus PSMB9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
