Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTN3A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,872 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTN3A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with BTN3A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN3A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN3A1 results are reported.
