Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,903 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTN2A2, BTN2A3P, and ZNF318. Each is linked with BTN1A1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN1A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN1A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN1A1 versus BTN2A2 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
