Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,975 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with BTK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTK versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
