Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,867 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, CD33, and IL10RA. Each is linked with BTK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTK versus IL2RB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
