Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Chk1, and Bad_pS112. Each is linked with BTK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
