BTK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKAP1L, SPI1, and NIBAN3. Each is linked with BTK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTK versus NCKAP1L in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
