Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,180 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with BTK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by BTK-low versus BTK-high in OESOPHAGUS.
