Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F6, ASB17, and NPVF. Each is linked with BTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
