BTG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,849 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDY7P, ATP5F1AP8, and LINC00836. Each is linked with BTG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG4-to-partner and partner-to-BTG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDY7P grouped by BTG4-low versus BTG4-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
