Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Heregulin, and INPP4B. Each is linked with BTG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG3-to-partner and partner-to-BTG3 results are reported.
