Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BTG2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher BTG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, DLBC, and UCEC are the cancer types where BTG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
