Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,303 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD11, ZC3H14_S620, and MZB1. Each is linked with BTG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG2-to-partner and partner-to-BTG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTG2 versus PSMD11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
