Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and ACC1. Each is linked with BTG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG2-to-partner and partner-to-BTG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by BTG2-low versus BTG2-high in UCEC.
