Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,403 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSL1, SESN1, and DRAP1. Each is linked with BTG2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG2-to-partner and partner-to-BTG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTG2 versus FOSL1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
