Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEM1, NBPF4, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with BTG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG2-to-partner and partner-to-BTG2 results are reported.
