Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTG1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTG1P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher BTG1P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTG1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, PAAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where BTG1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
