Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,076 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM111A, TES, and ACTBP7. Each is linked with BTG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG1-to-partner and partner-to-BTG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTG1 versus FAM111A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
