BTG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF5, RRP8, and NABP2. Each is linked with BTG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG1-to-partner and partner-to-BTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF5 grouped by BTG1-low versus BTG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
