Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FoxM1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with BTG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG1-to-partner and partner-to-BTG1 results are reported.
