BTG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF1, PHB, and UBALD2. Each is linked with BTG1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG1-to-partner and partner-to-BTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTG1 versus EIF1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
