BTG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1E2, OR11H1, and CRNN. Each is linked with BTG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG1-to-partner and partner-to-BTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1E2 grouped by BTG1-low versus BTG1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
