BTF3P12

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTF3P12 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher BTF3P12 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUSC show a favorable association.

CESC, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where BTF3P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
