Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BTF3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher BTF3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where BTF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
