BTF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP421, RNA5SP415, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with BTF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTF3-to-partner and partner-to-BTF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP421 grouped by BTF3-low versus BTF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
