BTD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,038 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBSN, RBM28, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with BTD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTD-to-partner and partner-to-BTD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTD versus RBSN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
