BTD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,497 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNE1, HROB, and ABCA8. Each is linked with BTD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTD-to-partner and partner-to-BTD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTD versus CCNE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
