Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP248, RPL23AP72, and RNU6-252P. Each is linked with BTD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTD-to-partner and partner-to-BTD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP248 grouped by BTD-low versus BTD-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
