Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,393 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Biotin metabolic process, Protein oxidation, and Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy. Each is linked with BTD in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTD-to-partner and partner-to-BTD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Biotin metabolic process grouped by BTD-low versus BTD-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
