BTBD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,374 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, BAG5, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with BTBD7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD7-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD7 versus CDC42BPB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
