Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Negative regulation of cilium assembly, and Protein K11-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with BTBD7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD7-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD7 results are reported.
