BTBD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,784 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRA, NAPB, and ZNF337. Each is linked with BTBD3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD3-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD3 versus PTPRA in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
