BTBD16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA1, TACC2, and TACC2_S2226. Each is linked with BTBD16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD16-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD16 versus PLEKHA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD16→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
