Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD16-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with BTBD16 in more than 1 cancer types.
