Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,082 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to steroid hormone, Leukotriene B4 catabolic process, and Sesquiterpenoid metabolic process. Each is linked with BTBD16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD16-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD16 results are reported.
