BTBD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,644 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, TSG101, and PLCG2. Each is linked with BTBD10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD10-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD10 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
